● IgM Resin：专为纯化 IgM 抗体设计的亲和树脂，具有高纯度、高结合能力、温和的洗脱条件（pH 约 4.0），并可重复使用多达 100 次。

● Base Resin：专为从多克隆与单克隆来源中纯化高质量抗体而设计，该树脂推荐用于纯化：多种物种的 IgG（包括人、小鼠、兔等）；人源 IgA；鸡源 IgY。

● LigaTrap Buffers：包含Regeneration Buffer，Neutralization Buffer，Elution Buffer，Regeneration Buffer，Equilibration/Wash Buffer 2.0等。

▍LigaGuard

LigaGuard™树脂适用于两类核心产品的纯化：蛋白制品：单克隆抗体、生长因子；病毒制品：慢病毒、腺相关病毒（AAV）、病毒疫苗。该树脂的设计使目标生物产物无结合通过，实现高纯度与高回收率。其能清除传统纯化工艺难以去除的高残留性HCPs（HR-HCPs），显著提升终产物的纯度、稳定性、疗效与安全性。

▍AAVidity

AAVidity填料通过合成亲和配体功能化修饰，可捕获所有血清型的 AAV，提供卓越的结合载量与污染物（宿主细胞蛋白 HCPs 及宿主细胞DNA hcDNA清除能力。其温和洗脱条件在保障 AAV 转导活性的同时，实现高产物回收率。

▍IgM Resin

 IgM纯化树脂的核心优势包括：

● 全面捕获：同时结合IgM的重链与轻链亚型；

● 零风险：无免疫原性及配体脱落；

● 活性保全：温和洗脱条件保障抗体完整性；

● 经济耐用：消毒再生后可重复使用 ≥100 次；

● 该树脂能高效处理并纯化来自以下样本的单克隆 IgM：细胞培养上清，腹水，杂交瘤，其他重组 IgM 来源。

▍Base Resin

LigaTrap基础纯化树脂可实现高回收率与>95%的纯度，而传统Protein A和Protein G填料的回收率甚至低于检测限。通过优化工艺，该树脂的纯度可进一步提升至99%。

▍Buffers

Created in the early 90's BioCytex a French biotech company became part of the Stago Group in 1994. BioCytex affiliate is specialised in the development of standardised flow cytometry kits in the field of Haemostasis. Since the foundation of BioCytex in the close proximity of the University and Hospital Complex of La Timone / La Conception in Marseille (France), the need of standardisation in flow cytometry analysis still remains a topic of concern. Inter-laboratory reproducibility, day to day reproducibility and positivity and/or negativity threshold determination are a real need that can be addressed by the use of quantitative flow cytometry application kits. This is the expertise offered by BioCytex. After the success of our first generation of products with the QIFIKIT, we strove to improve and tune our quantitative flow cytometry technology and applied it to the analysis of platelets (PLATELET line), leukocytes and red blood cells (CELLQUANT / REDQUANT lines).
